How to Request Deletion
You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data through two methods:
Option 1: via WhatsApp
Send a message with the text DELETE MY DATA to our WhatsApp number.
Option 2: via Email
Email us at privacy@kalamax.com using the subject "Data Deletion Request".
Deletion Timeline
Once a request is received, we will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation message once the process is complete.
