Kalamax provides a WhatsApp-based tool for generating invoices and receipts. We are a documentation platform, not a bank, financial institution, or tax authority.
2. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided for invoice generation. You agree not to use Kalamax for any illegal activities or to misrepresent your business status.
3. No Financial Guarantee
Kalamax does not guarantee tax compliance. We are not responsible for the collection or payment of taxes on your behalf. We do not hold, process, or guarantee any payments made between you and your customers.
4. Limitation of Liability
Kalamax is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
